Soundplay Australia is an exciting early childhood music program that’s all about inspiring children to make music, have fun and grow into the biggest brightest versions of themselves.

 

We do this through developmentally focused music classes that are chock full of singing, laughter and instruments.

 

We are rapidly expanding across Sydney and are looking  for musicians, music teachers,

music therapists and students in these fields to join the team.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU!

As a Soundplay educator, you’ll be inspiring children aged 0- 5years with your musicality, confidence, empathy and fabulous leadership skills.  

 

This is a great gig for someone looking to supplement their income with a few extra hours of awesomeness a week.

You'll be part of a crew that:

• Inspire children to embrace their creative confidence and develop a love of learning.

• Show up with purpose, write silly songs and have lot's of laughs. 

• Has access to fabulous resources and comes together to share ideas.

HOURS / LOCATIONS

​

• Flexible hours - work 1 - 10hrs per week

• Positions available in multiple regions across Sydney 

• In Situ positions & a few via Zoom working from home!

• Morning and afternoon shifts 

• The current intake is for both relief teachers to do occasional shifts and people who would like to take on regular gigs.

 

 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

• You like kids! 

• You can accompany yourself on Guitar or Ukulele with ease whilst singing in a clear voice.

• You have a repertoire of kids songs ( nursery rhymes ) & / or are quick study ( they’re super easy to learn )

• You have an ABN, current Working With Children Check & Public Liability insurance (or are willing to get them).

• You like being playful and having a laugh.

• You're an optimistic positive person. willing to go that extra mile.​

• If you enjoy writing your own songs, its a bonus but not required.
